Exchange & Refunds

Unfortunately we currently do not offer refunds. 

In the case of you not being completely happy with your item(s), you may return the item(s) to us for exchange only within 7 days (subject to the exchange policy below). 

Exchange Policy: 

Item(s) must be in brand new condition, showing no signs of wear. 

Due to hygiene control; we do not exchange:

  • Hats
  • Hair accessories
  • Jewellery
  • Swimwear
